Sign Up

Signing up is the first step in the process. This is how you let the production team know you have interest in serving. To sign up send us a message or fill out our serve application here.

Orientation

Once you have signed up, a team member will reach out to you and invite you to have a cup of coffee or a meal and get to know you. During orientation you will learn about the team’s responsibilities, volunteer opportunities, time commitments, and more.

Shadow

Shadowing is an opportunity to experience what it is like to serve on the production team. You will get to observe a live service behind the scenes. Our heart behind shadowing is to give you an opportunity to ask questions, connect with other volunteers, and to offer a full view of what serving on the production team is like.

Volunteer Application

After you’ve shadowed a service and determined the area you would like to serve in you will complete the New Life Church Volunteer application. This application requires references and background checks so that you are cleared to serve in all areas of ministry at New Life Church.

Train

Once your application has been approved, we move on to training. This is where you will be with other team members for a period until you are ready to step into the position on your own. This may be mid-week one-on-one training or during Sunday morning services.

Serve

Once you’ve completed our training process, you will be scheduled to serve on the weekend!
