social media design – the social media designer will assist in the brainstorming and creation of graphics for ministries to utilize on their social media platforms. they will also have the opportunity to help create sermon quote, song lyric, and scripture graphics for social media.

campaign design – the campaign designer will assist in the brainstorming and creation of design elements that support upcoming and current sermon series and events for ministries and weekend services.

ministry support design – the ministry support designer will assist in creating print and digital pieces to support and promote nlc ministry events and initiatives.

camera operator – the camera operator will film and capture content in a creative way, whether during live events or in a studio environment. you will have the opportunity to learn about camera and lighting equipment and how best to utilize the tools at hand.

video editor – the video editor will work with footage, music, effects, and transitions creatively and efficiently in adobe premier pro, while operating within a creative timeline.

set design – the set designer will brainstorm and create new and creative ways to utilize a studio space. you will learn to utilize the same props in different ways to create new and fresh sets, while maintaining and caring for sets to ensure a long life of use.

motion design – the motion designer will brainstorm and create assets and designs that involve 2d and 3d animation of vectors to bring videos and designs to life in adobe after effects.

weekend service photography – The weekend service photographer will capture the indoor/outdoor sunday morning experiences including worship, prayer moments, preachers, volunteers, etc. you will have the opportunity to travel to various congregations and ministry events as well. 

midweek service photography – the midweek service photographer will capture the experience of new life church’s ministry events that happen during the week. you will have the opportunity to travel to various congregations each week to capture midweek events taking place.

the event support team will join the creative and communication teams on event setup days to design, assemble, and style the main lobbies and event spaces. some events you will support are: easter, christmas, mother’s day, father’s day and various conferences.
